Tega is a Program Officer at Terra Kulture who provides strong operational support in ensuring project quality and achievement of project goals. He plans and executes program activities, develops practices to improve overall program performance, conducts program reviews and prepares reports for management, prepares meeting agenda, and organizes meetings.

Tega also doubles as an Associate producer / Production assistant, assisting in film and theatre pre-production, production and post production activities including but not limited to script review, proposal writing, set assistant, editing assistant, and promotional campaign assistant.
