Joseph manages, develops, reviews and carries out the day to day business plan of the theatre. He organizes effectively and provides strong leadership to develop the theatre’s role in providing a cultural hub. He manages various arrays of programme and ensures a balance of varied types of productions in the theatre space.

Joseph is also in charge of liaising and negotiating with production organizations. He also develops partnerships with other organizations.
